Reqmaster was founded in 2006 by Dahlia Biazid with the vision to revolutionaize the way Business Analysis is approached in the Middle East. I am the main instructor of the training courses and the lead consultant at Reqmaster.
On the professional level, I was educated in the field of Systems Analysis and Design at the University of Berkeley, California, and have over 15 years experience in the IT industry. I worked on high-key projects in many companies in different countries. To name a few, Oracle Corp in the USA; du in the UAE; IBM, Etisalat, and Allianz in Egypt. I am also the President of the IIBA Cairo Chapter, which is an initiative I started from scratch.
On the personal level, I was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. I had a French education and a passion for analysis and IT. Reading, training courses, and hard work experience were my tools to learn the field in the first few years of my career. In 2000, I immigrated to the USA where I received formal education in Systems Analysis and Design.
My dream is to help the world see the value of Business Analysis (a title that does not do enough for the concept) and learn how to use its techniques for reform.
