Did you ever get stuck in a process that went wrong and couldn’t find a way out? Ever experienced trouble because an employee registered a name or a number by mistake in your file? Ever had to wait for your money to arrive until the authorized person is back from a vacation to approve your payment?
These are symptoms of ineffective processes. Business analysts should have the skill and the responsibility to pinpoint process flaws and recommend improvements. This is what we prepare you for in this course.
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of how to address a process improvement project, how to move an organization up the ladder towards a process-centric organization, and what tools to dig deep in the process, and derive change based on measures and evidence.
You will also get the chance to work on a process improvement case study.
