This comprehensive program has been delivered to hundreds of participants in the past twelve years, and is consistently rated as Excellent. Outline:

The certificate program is 60-hour long and addresses the major aspects of Business Analysis and Software Requirements Engineering. The program is composed of the following five courses:

• BA-02 Requirements Analysis (24 hours)
• BA-03 Requirements Communication (9 hours)
