The Requirements Elicitation course is a core course in the Business Systems Analysis Certificate
This course will introduce you to the different direct and indirect techniques that analysts can rely on to ensure requirements are well-gathered and completed. The course draws a comparison between the different techniques and helps you identify when/when not to resort to each technique based on different situations. The course is supported by make-believe exercises where participants are asked to elicit requirements using various techniques. It also provides a complete end-to-end elicitation roadmap with specific questions at each step.
